斜板沉淀器主要适用于治理蓄电池、电镀、机械等工业部门生产过程中产生的混合废水，它可有效地除去废水中的各种重金属离子及悬浮物等有害物质，并对处理后的沉淀物进行无害化处理，杜绝二次污染，处理后中水的铅浓度≤0.1mg/m3指标，可以回用。

全自动铅酸废水处理在废水中定量投加碱液，中和废水中的硫酸，使PH值达到8-10，然后在水中投加聚凝剂，采用分散颗粒的浅层沉淀理论，采用多层、多格、斜板沉淀、污泥压滤等先进技术进行处理，全过程采用PLC控制，PH值自动检测，自动投药，在线监测，实现全流程的可视化操作。

The slope tube sedimentation unit is used for treatment of the mixed wastewater produced form the industry of battery making,electroplate or mechanical,it will effectively remove all kinds of poisonous matters like metal ion and suspended matters,the treated sediment will be harmless,without secondary pollution.The index of the treated water will be ≤0.1mg/ m3,which can be reused.

Put alkali liquid into the wastewater quantitatively for neutralization of the sulfuric acid inside the wastewater to reach the PH value of 8~10.And then add flocculation agent,using shallow layer sedimentation theory of dispersed particles,adopting advanced technology like multi-layer,multi-cell,slope tube sedimentation,sludge press filer.The whole process adopts PLC control,automatic PH valve detection,automatic dosing,online monitoring,and achieving visual operation for the entire process.
