蓄电池生产过程中有部分工序会产生的多余含有杂质的稀硫酸，不作处理排放会造成环境污染，而处理成本高。本系统就是对部分废酸的回收。该系统主要由储酸罐、精密过滤器、酸泵构成，采用物理过滤，将酸液中杂质有效的过滤，以达到蓄电池硫酸使用要求。

There will be redundant sulfuric acid with impurities generated form the battery production,which will be polluted and costly if discharged without appropriate treatment.This system is used for the recycling of this part of wasted acid.The system is composed of acid storage tank,precise filter and acid pump.By using physical filter,the impurities in the acid liquid will be filtered effectively,for meeting the using requirement of sulfuric acid.

特点

●整体为耐酸性的PP材质，耐腐性能好，且无任何金属离子对酸造成二次污染。

●滤芯采用梯度滤芯，过滤精度高，滤芯使用寿命长。

●斜板过滤器采用蜂窝填料过滤，能有效过滤酸液中的大颗粒物。
