KN-QY Lead fume eliminator unit 

◆ Application: lead fume treatment for grid casting, produce of lead parts making.

 XL-SKE lead fume eliminator unit is a wet filter. It purify lead fume by mixing water or other liquid with gas of dust. The dust will be wet, coagulate, diffuse, sedimentation while touch with water-drop, water film or wet wall so that divide from gas and purify the air.

◇ Character:

○Multiple stage treatment: first stage mixing, second stage water film absorption, third stage divide, forth stage carbon purify ensure stable purifying efficiency.

○No need to add any chemical reagent, low running costs

○Recycled absorption liquid, low energy lost.

The system can be used in cold area by use insulating layer and match sound insulation device and pipe based on customer’s requirement.
