DH TYPE BATTERY FORMATION SYSTEM

电池化成系统由化成槽、输送线、活动小车、循环冷却水、酸雾抽风组成。

● 循环冷却水装置带走电池内部化学反应产生的热量，保证其充电环境。

● 全封闭状态下将含酸气体由抽风系统带入室外净化系统，确保无酸雾污染。

● 防腐辊筒轴承，不锈钢轴芯，确保经久耐用。

The battery formation system consists of formation water tank,convey-or,movable roller,circulation cooling water and acid fume extraction system.

● The circulation cooling water equipment will take off the heat generated form the chemical reaction inside the battery,ensuring the good charging environment.

● The acidic air will be extracted into the outdoor purification system by the extraction system in the enclosed condition,ensuring there is noacid fume pollution.

● With anti-corrosion roller bearing,stainless steel central spindle,ensuring super durability and long service life.
